Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Hiddencarrier Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Hiddencarrier Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Hiddencarrier Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@hiddencarrier.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer that email and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
